Not many of these promos have surfaced and the ones that have seem to be going for huge sums on places like Ebay - they are becoming more common though so price should fall!

The copy I have is the top one as pictured above and this has a printed CD, as pictured.

However, I have been made aware that there are other copies which are like the bottom picture above and these come with a handwritten CD.
