This 6 track CDR promo features all of the b-sides from the Day In Day Out release ... interestingly there is a cassette promo featuring the same tracks for this release. Maybe this was the cross over point between cassette promos for singles and CDR promos?!

Oddly it features the track "Fly" which was in fact on the "Insomnia" release.

I've only ever seen one of these for sale.
