The fact that this CDR is handwriiten suggests that not many were made - perhaps these were done when the official promo CDs ran out?

I have now seen an alternative CDR promo which has a printed CD, as pictured. It's more likely that the handwritten CDRs were copies of this or the official promo, done on request!
