This is quite possibly a one-off CDR which features an "Alternative Mix" of High which has "Additional Engineering and Mixing" by Brian Sperber. The other US High promo features Steve Power in this role.

The actual mix is very similar to the MP3 of High which is widely available known as an Alternative "Live-Cut" ... given that it starts off with jangly electric guitars. This differs in that the vocals are more polished. The Full Length mix features a beautiful sounding drum outro ... the snare has a wonderful crispness to it.
