IThis CD was pressed in Australia but never actually commercially released. It was distributed to Radio Stations, Universities and the press. The pictured CD inlay has a hole punched in it, which I have had confirmed by an employee of Festival Mushroom Records that this means it was promo only.

I don't know how many were pressed, but I have only ever seen one for sale! (and guess what?! I bought it!!)
