This CD includes some short interview snippets as well as the studio tracks of "Stereo World", "Cement" and "High". Highlights include Grant Nicholls (sic) talking about how he writes songs .... chords and the melody come first and then lyrics later, apparently. He also apparently, didn't think he'd be a singer in band ... just a guitarist!!

Also includes some VERY VERY amusing American radio adverts!!! *lol* Especially the one for "Trojan Man Condoms" *lol*
