This is a 13 track Echo label album sampler, featuring forthcoming tracks from many artists on their roster. The Feeder track, "Cement", appears to be an alternate mix which is slightly different to the final mix ... it features a weird sounding tubular bells kinda noise instead of some of the guitars on the main riff. I believe this is the only official source for this mix.

The whole thing is designed to look like a pizza box, with the front cover showing "Echo" in the stringy cheese of a pizza and inside there is a menu (a track listing) and the CD has Pizza artwork.
