This promo two track tape was given away through the magazine Kerrang! and Edge and it was available if you phoned a certain number or sent off a voucher. It was used to promote both "Swim" and the forthcoming, provisionally titled, album, "Here In The Bubble" !!

I find it interesting that they used "Waterfall" to promote the new album, given that this song was eventually dropped from the album when it was re-issued to include "High".
