 The live track is from an unknown gig and it doesn't sound like any of the other live recordings of "Waiting For Changes" that I've heard. It could be from the Las Vegas show which features on the "In The Zone" radio show. The interview is the audio from the Enhanced CD interview on the limited edition UK edition of the Yesterday Went Too Soon album.
